Changes to Relationship Disclosure

What changes have been made to the Relationship Disclosure document?

 

Investment strategies (IDEO+ plans only): The updated “Investment Strategies” section of the document follows an internal change to our procedures on allocation of returns and target asset allocation.

  • Allocation of returns: Returns are now allocated on a daily basis, every business day.

  • Target asset allocation: Contributions and grants received—as well as the income generated on these, less applicable fees—are invested according to the target asset allocation associated with the beneficiary’s age as soon as they are received.

 

Complaints handling: The updated “Complaints and Dispute Resolution” section of the document aligns with the new Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) regulations on complaints handling. It testifies to our ongoing commitment to providing equitable service, handling diverse situations efficiently and complying with regulatory requirements.

  • Complaints handling process: The steps involved in handling complaints are detailed, including the way a complaint is received, analyzed and processed within 60 days (which may be extended by 30 days in exceptional circumstances).

  • How to file a complaint: Subscribers can submit their complaint to our Complaints Officer using an online form, by mail or by e-mail. Subscribers who require assistance in formulating a complaint are invited to contact the customer service department.
