A springboard for student retention
We are convinced that the right financial or academic support can help prevent student dropout.
Educaide offers student retention scholarships to help young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. This financial support encourages them to pursue their high school studies with confidence, so that one day they can realize their professional dreams. Kaleido has contributed $442,000 since the organization’s inception in 2002.
We are proud to be associated with Forces AVENIR, whose mission is to recognize, honour and promote student participation in projects that foster conscious, responsible, active and determined citizens—individuals who are deeply connected to their communities while remaining open to the wider world.
Alloprof is committed to helping students stay in school by providing free homework help to all Quebec students and their parents. We share a common goal with this partner: to promote academic success, starting at primary level.
We are delighted to be working with the Fondation pour l’alphabétisation, whose mission is to ensure the development of reading and writing skills in adults and children, in order to promote their well-being and enable them to participate fully in our society.
Getting involved in our community
Social involvement is also a source of mobilization and cohesion among Kaleido employees. It builds relationships, gives meaning to our actions and creates an enriching experience, both personally and professionally, where everyone can contribute in their own way.
In 2025, Kaleido employees showed their generosity by donating $15,000 to the Éducaide organization.
